Spiritual Foundations for Fathers and Mothers in the Lord Floyd shares the lessons he has learned about spiritual formation in the life of a spiritual leader. Drawing from the truths taught by Paul in 1 Thessalonians, Floyd talks about a life of flesh and spirit and what that looks life in a well developed life of leadership “flesh.” He describes the difference between men and women and relates to his marriage to Sally.
